The SVP Account Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction and growth of major client accounts in Iyuno Europe. The role involves leading a team of account directors and managers and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, profitability, and service delivery, and the quality and longevity of key client relationships. The SVP will drive account growth in line with Iyuno’s long-term business goals and collaborate with global operational teams on joint strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account directors and managers, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with Iyuno’s objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for high‑profile clients, overseeing the development and execution of account strategies that align with client goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction across multiple accounts and address issues at the highest level to ensure retention and loyalty, acting as the final escalation point.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within existing accounts, developing and pitching new service offerings that provide value.
  • Oversee revenue generation and profitability of assigned accounts, working closely with finance and sales enablement to meet financial targets.
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations, including overseeing the development of high‑quality proposals, scopes of work, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business development, delivery, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and advise clients on innovative approaches.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on account performance, client relationships, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to pursue and secure new client accounts, leveraging relationships and industry expertise to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management or client service, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles, ideally within the fast‑paced media industry
  • Strong track record of managing large, high‑value accounts and delivering measurable business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships at the C‑suite level.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high‑performing teams.
