The IYF Learning Commission (IYFLC) is responsible for designing strategies, solutions, tools, and services that enable and facilitate more effective and impactful staff learning programs, projects, and activities.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in creating screen-recorded tutorials or training videos.
- Experience in Human Resources, Governance, Security, or Diplomacy-related subjects.
- Strong presentation design and video editing abilities using tools such as PowerPoint, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.
What will you be doing?
The Fédération Internationale de la Jeunesse, in English International Youth Federation (IYF), is an international non-profit youth organization network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide. The IYF is a global youth network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people across the world. IYF works in over 50 countries and territories, helping to achieve youth empowerment and improve the status of youth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, script, and record screen-based training sessions covering HR, Security, Governance, and Diplomacy topics.
- Create visually appealing presentation slides and use clear voice narration to deliver structured learning.
- Edit screen recordings to ensure professional quality, smooth transitions, and engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with internal experts to validate content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update learning materials based on policy or process changes.
