Schedule:
- Monday 2.30 – 8.00 pm
- Wednesday 9 – 2.30 pm
- Thursday 2.30 – 7.00 pm
- Saturday 10.30 – 3.30 pm
Main Duties:
- Opening the yoga studio at the start of the shift
- Checking in customers with our online system (Mind Body) and welcoming them to the studio
- Assisting in / driving sales and acting as the first point of contact for customers; building strong relationships
- Supporting the yoga teachers to ensure classes run smoothly
- Ensuring the studio is always clean, presentable and organised
- Locking up the studio at the end of the shift if needed
- Office administration using Microsoft programmes, working as part of a team, and independently
- Part of the role requires minor lifting and some physical work
- Must have weekend availability
Person Specification:
Qualifications:- 5 GCSEs at grade A – D (or equivalent) or Bachelor's (required)
- Minimum one-year prior work experience in reception at a yoga studio
- Ability to multitask
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
- Mind Body Online experience is essential
