About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Charter Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of luxury yacht charter operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an exclusive fleet, liaising with yacht owners, brokers, and high-net-worth clients, and ensuring exceptional charter experiences.
General duties:
- Managing a number of yachts of the charter fleet simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, captains, crew, and brokers worldwide.
- Handle all charter inquiries, negotiations, contracts, and logistics to ensure seamless charter operations.
- Market portfolio of yachts proactively to in-house and industry brokers.
- Respond in a professional timely manner to all enquiries from brokers.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, including listings, and attending industry events (such as boat shows).
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and contractual requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to charter guests before, during, and after their trips.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the industry.
- Foster Owner and/or Owner’s representatives relations with the object of improving client satisfaction.
- Build up each yacht’s charter season with the object of optimizing each yacht’s calendar, itinerary and revenues.
