Ixworth Church of England Primary School is seeking an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our warm, caring and dynamic team.

As our school continues to grow, including welcoming an additional class from September, we are expanding our support team and are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children to thrive.

- has experience of working with children across the primary age range
- has experience of teaching whole classes and small groups
- is flexible and can use their own initiative
- can work independently and as part of a team
- is willing to undertake a range of duties
- is resilient, hardworking and self-motivated
- manages change well and can support pupils in a variety of situations
- has high expectations of children's behaviour and achievement
- has excellent English and mathematics skills
- communicates well with teaching staff, pupils and families
- has a good sense of humour!
