We are looking for a motivated and keen individual to join our team as a business administrator apprentice where you will be given hands-on experience and a qualification at the end of it.

Training Description: Business Administrator Level 3. The apprenticeship is delivered through a blended approach: a mixture of Microsoft Teams and face-to-face sessions. All training takes place on site during working hours.

Full Description: As our Business Administrator Apprentice, you’ll support the daily operations of the business, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:

  • Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Maintaining organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
  • Updating our case management system
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with file opening and closing, maintain electronic records on our case management system, and update client information
  • Prepare, scan, copy, and file legal documents (Document Production)
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally (Communication)
  • Perform reception duties
  • Ensure all tasks adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and company policies (Compliance)

Description Of Working Week: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35-hour week, 1-hour lunch break unpaid)
