We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Support Apprentice. This role offers hands-on experience in human resources while working towards a recognised qualification. This is an 18-month full-time apprenticeship role studying for Level 3 HR Support.
Training Description: Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. This will be a remote delivery model, using Microsoft Teams. All training will take place within your working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across HR functions
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Handle general HR queries from staff
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
- Adhere to established company processes and policies
- Safeguard by recognising potentially unsafe situations and responding appropriately when accidents occur
Outcome Description: N/A – gain qualification and 18 months of industry exposure.
Description of Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm.
