About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise
to lead a critical IAM workstream within a large, global programme. This role plays a key part in supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one of the
    IAM workstreams
    , supporting the global rollout and adoption of IAM capabilities
  • Apply standard
    project management and reporting practices
    , ensuring
    JIRA and Confluence
    are kept up to date
  • Support the team by identifying and removing blockers to progress
  • Drive
    continuous improvement
    opportunities across the programme
  • Lead and coordinate
    internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
    to deliver agreed scope
  • Engage business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities and timelines
  • Proactively follow up with project resources to ensure delivery against the agreed schedule
  • Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to the Programme Manager to maintain delivery momentum
  • Manage changes to plans, including resourcing and new requirements
  • Provide
    weekly status reporting
    , including risks and issues, for the workstream

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong
    Project Management
    skills with end-to-end delivery experience
  • Hands-on experience delivering
    IAM projects
  • Strong technical understanding of
    IAM concepts, controls, and requirements
  • Good technical knowledge of
    DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-prem infrastructure
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management and communication skills
    , including senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in
    large, global programmes
  • Good understanding of
    regulatory and audit requirements
  • A proactive, positive team player with an inquisitive mindset and ability to learn quickly
