Job Title: OT/IOT Security SME

Location: Coventry, England, UK

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OT/IOT Security SME with a strong background in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing OT security solutions—including deployment of tools like Nozomi, and experience with related platforms such as Claroty, Microsoft Defender for IoT, Dragos, or Armis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cybersecurity frameworks for ICS/OT environments in line with NIST SP 800-82 and related standards.
• Develop and deploy OT-specific technical solutions for asset discovery, cyber risk detection, and vulnerability assessments.
• Implement and manage Nozomi OT Security/IDS platforms across multiple global sites.
• Define and configure OT security policies, detection rules, and monitoring dashboards to identify anomalies, threats, and compliance violations.
• Conduct testing and validation of OT security use cases within lab and production environments.
• Support and report on ICS/OT cybersecurity initiatives using SIEM tools.
• Collaborate with OEMs, IT, and Security teams to ensure smooth integration and performance of OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare documentation and reports to track deployment progress, findings, and mitigation actions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity design and implementation within ICS/OT network architectures.
• Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, OPC, IEC-101/104, etc.).
• Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring for OT environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Nozomi (Primary skill).
• Deep knowledge of ICS/OT cybersecurity frameworks (NIST SP 800-82, IEC 62443).

Preferred / Alternative Skills:

• Experience with one or more of the following OT Security platforms:
• Claroty Defender
• Nozomi
• Microsoft Defender for IoT
• Dragos
• Armis

Role Designation:

OT Security Consultant / SME

• Deploy and configure Nozomi OT Security/IDS platforms in lab infrastructure.
• Communicate with OEMs and key stakeholders.
• Test and validate OT security use cases in a controlled lab environment.
