About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Personal Lines Claims Analytics & Operations to support claims transformation and operational improvement initiatives within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in P&C Commercial & Specialty Lines Claims, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive process optimization, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid β 2 Days/Week Onsite)
Hiring Type: Subcontract (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with claims, operations, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support Personal Lines claims operations by identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze claims and operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims handling processes and improve customer experience.
- Assist in implementing claims strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within claims operations.
- Participate in claims workflow optimization and continuous improvement programs.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and claims-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with insurance industry trends, claims processes, and emerging technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in P&C Commercial & Specialty Lines Claims.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within insurance or claims operations.
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines Claims processes.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
- Excellent data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
