Are you a dynamic and driven Business Analyst with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM)? We\’re looking for someone like you to join our growing team in Edinburgh. As an IAM Business Analyst , you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business and IT teams, driving innovation and ensuring our IAM solutions meet user needs and strategic goals.

Job Title: IAM Business Analyst

Location: Edinburgh, UK – Hybrid (3 days per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, describe, and validate business solutions aligned with user requirements.
• Produce detailed Business Analysis and Business Impact Assessments to support project planning and execution.
• Map and document business processes , ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to craft and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs) .
• Analyze business requirements to determine opportunities for automation and systems integration .
• Act as the key liaison between business and IT teams , ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide hands-on support for the design, configuration, and deployment of IAM solutions using ForgeRock Identity Cloud and PingOne AIC .
• Support project testing phases and production rollouts, including warranty and maintenance activities .
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all major ForgeRock and PingOne AIC components and modules.

What You Bring

✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM projects

✅ Strong background in Identity Governance

✅ Practical experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud and PingOne AIC

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
