- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client technical workshops related to platform configuration
- Gather requirements and provide configuration estimates
- Create technical configuration documentation and user stories
- Configure the platform using JSON, HTML, Python, and proprietary front-end tools
- Test configuration changes using Postman
- Troubleshoot issues across test and production environments
- Support production releases and prepare release notes
- Resolve production support tickets and provide regular project updates
- Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical/configuration roles
- Hands-on experience with JSON, HTML, and Python
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting applications hosted on AWS infrastructure
