iX Cameras, the company that produces the world\’s fastest high-speed video cameras right here in Rochford, Essex, is looking for an electronics technician to work in our UK Innovation Centre. This is a great job for an aspiring person who loves technology and is looking to work daily alongside some of the best camera design engineers at the top of their profession.

This is an interesting and wide-ranging role for someone who enjoys variety in their work, including:

PCB fault finding
Electrical design work, such as cable design and test equipment design
Software and firmware release testing
Customer technical support
General support for our team of mechanical, electronics, application, and software engineers.

The ideal candidate has some prior experience with electronics, has an electronics qualification, has a passion for high-tech work, and works well with engineers. We are willing to train on various aspects of the job, including on our camera products, electronics skills, and video technology. Experience with testing and fault-finding printed circuit board assemblies is a bonus. You should also have excellent communication skills.
