Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking an experienced IPC Matron to lead infection prevention across both Portsmouth and Isle of Wight sites. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, 30 hours per week, Band 8a salary pro rata.
You will provide visible leadership for the IPC team, drive improvements in clinical practice, patient pathways, and environmental standards, and offer expert advice during outbreaks and reviews.
