Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust seek a Patient Outcomes Officer to join the Single Corporate Services – Patient Outcomes team. The role supports delivering high-quality patient outcomes across two organisations, with occasional travel between sites as needed.
You will report to the Head of Patient Outcomes and work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to meet legal and regulatory requirements, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
