The role is site-based at PHU and forms part of a wider Single Corporate Service delivering Tissue Viability support across PHU and Isle of Wight NHS Trust.
Occasional travel between sites may be required.
You will assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for patients with complex wound problems, educate staff, contribute to policy, and advise on tissue viability across the Trust.
