We cover 160 markets worldwide and our clients span the full spectrum of the financial services community, from equity research and investment banking to private equity and asset management.

This is a newly created, high-impact role focused exclusively on the Banking sector. You will own a significant book of business across Equity Research, Investment Banking, and Private Equity, responsible for deep retention within existing accounts and actively building new relationships across London's financial community.

You will be working alongside a US equivalent covering Wall Street, so you own your patch but you are part of a global team. This is not a volume play. We are looking for someone who knows the space, knows who to call, and can build relationships at the right level.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a book of business across UK and EMEA Banking clients
  • Manage the full subscription lifecycle including renewals, cross-sell, and enterprise upgrades
  • Identify and close new logo clients within Equity Research, Investment Banking, and Private Equity
  • Build senior relationships at VP level and above across the banking hierarchy
  • Translate beverage alcohol market dynamics into compelling investment narratives for financial clients
  • Work with product and data teams to feed client insight back into IWSR's product road map

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience in data, research, financial information, or intelligence products
  • Strong familiarity with the financial services ecosystem, investment banking, equity research, asset management, or PE
  • Has sold intellectual property, not hardware, not software licenses
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and new business targets in a subscription model
  • Excellent stakeholder skills with experience engaging VP level and above
  • Coachable, client-first, and a genuine team contributor
