The Role: You will deploy your analytical skills in supporting the research design, data collection, analysis and data governance for Bevtrac, one of the highest profile products in the company. The role requires strong technical skills, resource and priority management, and crossâfunctional collaboration. Reporting to the Data Lead for Bevtrac and working closely with the Product Lead, you will support fieldwork, analysis planning and data outputs, including QC and client query/briefings as required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within a crossâfunctional team to create, field, analyse and deliver twiceâyearly consumer data across the Bevtrac market universe (currently 15 markets).
- Support the Data Lead with fieldwork management, analytics and qualityâcontrol processes to ensure accurate and highâquality data.
- Deputise for the Data Lead when required, ensuring continuity of fieldwork operations, data integrity checks and project workflows.
- Conduct secondary research to inform sampling approaches, validate quotas and strengthen the robustness of data across all markets.
- Liaise with external providers, including panel suppliers and translation partners.
- Work with Groupâlevel Data and IT teams and external contractors to develop and enhance user interfaces for Bevtrac.
- Support the broader product team in responding to client queries and fulfilling adâhoc data requests.
- Support sales efforts to build customer engagement and advocacy for Bevtrac with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of market research with advanced degreeâlevel education in related social sciences.
- 3+ years of research and analysis experience.
- Proven technical skillset within collection and management of consumer data and insights: fieldwork management and sampling strategies.
- Familiarity with survey scripting tools â ideally Forsta â but any XMLâbased survey software considered.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript.
- Data cleaning, audit and tabulation using Q research, SPSS, SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with exposure to macros/VBA.
- Experience with dashboard creation (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is beneficial but not essential.
- Data governance.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Experience in solving operational problems within the processes as set out above.
- Demonstrated track record in producing and delivering highâquality data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work to a high standard when under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate successfully across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
- Strong problemâsolving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address issues when necessary.
