IWS Water Hygiene is seeking a dynamic, experienced Remedial Supervisor to join our successful team based in Lichfield, covering the West Midlands business region. IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers. IWS Water Hygiene, is one of the most successful businesses in the Water Treatment market and you could be joining this vibrant, forward-thinking company.
The Role
Based at the IWS Water Hygiene, West Midlands area office in Lichfield and reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate for the role of Remedial Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day supervision of various water remedial works within the West Midlands region as well as carrying out necessary audits and inspections.
Along with carrying out water hygiene remedial works to a wide range of our client’s premises, the successful candidate will complete vehicle audits, site inspections and help deliver tool box talks to a team of Water Hygiene Technicians within the West Midlands region.
What You’ll Need
The successful candidate will have a flexible and committed approach to completing tasks and working to tight deadlines. The candidate must be IT literate with an understanding of Microsoft packages. The position requires the successful candidate to be self-motivated, be able to work on their own initiative and be able to communicate effectively with external clients and employees under their supervision.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and control service activities, as well as provide customer satisfaction over a wide geographical area. Experience
- A recognised plumbing qualification, for example C&G, NVQ Level 2 or higher
- Legionella / Water Hygiene work history: 1 year (preferred)
- Full clean UK driving license (required)
