Job Title Credit Controller (FTC) Location Walsall Package Competitive IWS Water Hygiene are looking to recruit a Credit Controller (FTC) for a maternity cover position, working as part of the credit control team based out of our head office in Walsall. Who We Are IWS Water Hygiene (WH), is part of SSI Services (UK) Ltd, a division of South Staffordshire Plc. IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers. IWS (WH) has offices throughout the UK and work is undertaken the length and breadth of the country. The Role Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the collection of debt and cash management for a portfolio of clients. The primary role function will be maximising cash collections from clients by speaking directly to the clients to build a strong working relationship. As a Credit Controller with IWS Water Hygiene, you will work closely with the account management team to ensure queries are dealt with quickly. The role also includes the generation of monthly statements as well as cash allocation and reconciliations, and general administration.
