We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery and growth of our project portfolio within a defined geographic region. This is a senior leadership role where you will act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring high‑quality project delivery while driving commercial performance and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a multi‑disciplinary team including Project Managers, engineers, commercial staff, and operational teams
- Motivate, develop, and performance‑manage team members
- Identify and nurture talent, supporting career development
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Project & Operational Delivery
- Oversee delivery of framework agreements, contracts, and subcontracts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Commercial & Financial Performance
- Deliver targeted gross margins across all projects
- Forecast revenue and resource requirements accurately
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve performance
- Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure sustainable returns
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ensure excellent service delivery and achievement of KPIs
- Identify opportunities for future work and business growth
