As a growing business, we’re now seeking a Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, resource and engineering requirements, and programmes
- Ensure compliance with client, framework, and statutory specifications
- Lead HAZOP/HAZCOM/FAT/SAT processes and review RAMS
- Maintain and update designer’s risk assessments
- Oversee defect resolution and snagging close-out
- Promote safety performance and compliance with CDM regulations
- Review tenders, designs, and subcontractor performance
- Collaborate across project, engineering, and operations teams to minimise risk
Qualifications
- Recognised qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and NEC Contracts
- Strong organisational, planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit/Inventor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence (site travel required)
