IWS M&E mitigates and manages risk from mechanical and electrical failures for a wide range of customers in the public and private sectors throughout the UK. An established Principle Contractor and Designer within the MEICA Process sector, IWS M&E’s specialisms include pump diagnostics and refurbishment, turn-key project management, chemical dosing and control, and plant and infrastructure maintenance with emergency response.
We are looking for an experienced Chemical Dosing Systems Fitter to join our CDS & Water Quality team. This is a hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance and servicing of chemical dosing systems across a range of sites. You’ll play a key part in ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role:
- Installation, maintenance and repair of chemical dosing systems
- Working with pipework, pumps and associated equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on existing systems
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements
- Completing job paperwork and reports accurately
- Liaising professionally with colleagues and customers on site
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience fitting or maintaining chemical dosing systems (or similar mechanical/process equipment)
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
