FP&A Analyst â Finance Team. Translate complex financial data into useful management information and produce annual budgets to aid longâterm planning and growth. Iwoca provides flexible, dataâdriven finance to small and medium enterprises, supporting 100,000 businesses with more than ÂŁ4 billion in funding and aiming to help one million SMEs in their defining moments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly operating model, including reconciliations to accounting software and posting of necessary journals.
- Contribute to and improve forecasting methodology.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines.
- Support the preparation of monthly Board documentation and interim and yearâend budget documents.
- Identify and rectify issues and areas for improvement in the monthly operating model.
- Build and maintain datasets to enhance the operating model.
- Liaise with departments across the business to understand how business developments impact model inputs.
- Identify inconsistencies between the operating model forecasts and those used by the wider business, improving reporting accuracy.
- Understand departmental reporting requirements to increase communication quality.
- Use AI tools to explore data, generate insights, and improve workflows for faster, more accurate analysis.
- Contribute to the buildâout of Iwoca's forecasting platform.
- Design and test features using AI tools.
- Integrate with thirdâparty tools such as Looker, Snowflake and NetSuite.
