The company is focused on addressing the challenges faced by business owners in the sub-10m enterprise value market, where information asymmetry and low transaction values hinder the buying and selling process. Manda aims to match buyers with sellers in this overlooked segment and finance acquisitions directly, ensuring buyers are pre-qualified and often pre-financed.

Manda is part of iwoca, a leading fintech lender in Europe, which has provided over 4 billion in funding since 2012, with a mission to support one million SMEs in their defining moments.

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager for manda (iwoca's M&A Platform) to build an introducer network that connects business owners to our platform. This role involves:

  • Building the introducer network by finding and winning firms such as accountancy practices, corporate finance boutiques, solicitors, wealth managers, and business transfer agents.
  • Conducting outbound efforts to identify firms, secure meetings, and follow up until results are achieved.
  • Designing the referral process, including what partners receive and how we keep them informed.
  • Ensuring referrals actually arrive by maintaining ongoing relationships and regular contact with partners.
  • Tracking referral volume and quality, and being honest about underperforming relationships.
  • Scaling the channel by evaluating partnerships based on their ability to generate referrals without adding work.
  • Identifying partner technology worth integrating into our systems.
  • Leveraging iwoca's existing broker network and partnerships to expedite relationship building.
  • Creating a focused programme of events to engage potential partners and assess their effectiveness based on referrals.
  • Establishing the cost-effectiveness of referrals and conversion rates.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years in partnerships, channel, or business development, ideally B2B.
  • Experience in the full cycle of partnership development.
  • A background in M&A, marketplaces, or business broking.
  • Ability to maintain relationships over time and track performance metrics.
  • Comfort with specifying technology and understanding partner tools.
  • Hands-on approach to building target lists and managing communications.
  • Commercial mindset with a bias for action.

Bonus qualifications include experience with accountancy or legal channels, running event programmes, familiarity with the UK succession landscape, and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.

The salary range is £55,000–£80,000 with an annual performance-based bonus. We value a culture of learning, growth, and support, offering flexible working hours, medical insurance, dental plans, generous holiday allowances, and various employee benefits.
