iwoca seeks a driven M&A Intern to join the manda platform in London. This paid off-cycle role offers two-phase exposure: core M&A operations in months 1–2 and a capstone project in months 3–6. You’ll work on live sub-£10m deals with AI-augmented processes and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll experience end-to-end deal flow from origination to close, develop automation tools, and learn from deal managers, DD managers, and the Venture Lead in a compact, fast-moving team.
