The Performance Marketing team sits within the wider Direct Acquisition team, which also includes sales and brand. We are responsible for supporting the top of funnel growth of our core lending business across a number of offline and online channels from Mail to Search and Social.
We’re looking to hire a junior marketer with some experience within Google Ads to support the overall management, optimisation and scaling of our Paid Search channel. You’ll help with both the day-to-day running of our Google campaigns, lead our growth strategy on Bing and help drive forward our expansion into new search opportunities with the likes of ChatGPT Ads, and additional Google properties such as Display and Video.
We envision the role breaking down into the following 3 areas:
- Campaign setup, management & hygiene
- Build a plan for driving sustainable growth through Bing Paid Search and support with proposals for all new channel tests; ChatGPT Ads, Youtube, Google Demand Generation etc
- Launch, optimise and scale campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Youtube and Demand Gen.
