This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our business development team as a Senior Business Development Executive. In this entrepreneurial role, you will manage and strategise your individual pipeline to find and finance SMEs in the UK. You will benefit from an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of 100k-110k and even higher earning potential through promotion.
As a Senior Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing a high-quality prospect pipeline through regular outbound calls and handling inbound queries while representing the company professionally.
- Listening, understanding, and advising on which finance options can help solve prospects’ challenges.
- Identifying and qualifying prospects alongside those initially qualified for you.
- Communicating the iwoca value proposition clearly to help SMEs understand and utilise our loan products.
- Exceeding KPIs to contribute to growth targets.
- Working collaboratively to improve the overall success of the business.
- Mentoring junior colleagues to enhance their performance.
The requirements for this role include:
- 3-5 years in sales roles, particularly in selling complex products directly to decision makers.
- Confidence in making cold outbound calls and connecting with business owners.
