We are looking for a Collections & Recoveries Advisor for an early arrears collections role. You will engage with business customers who have fallen behind on their loan repayments, having direct conversations to understand missed payments and discussing recovery options. This role is commercial and target-driven, but we prioritise meaningful conversations over automated systems.
The Collections & Recoveries team supports customers in repayment difficulties, aiming for fair and sustainable outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting iwoca's loan portfolio.
This is a hybrid role based in Leeds. Initially, you will be in the office daily for training, transitioning to once or twice a week thereafter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts in early arrears through regular contact via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understanding each customer's unique circumstances and discussing available options.
- Following up on broken arrangements and deciding the appropriate next steps.
- Keeping clear, accurate notes and managing follow-ups and emails daily.

The salary range in Leeds is Β£28,500 - Β£33,000, with regular benchmarking to ensure fair pay.
