We’re looking for a Credit Analyst - German Speaking. We’re growing fast, and more customers means more credit decisions. Our credit team is expanding and we’re looking for experienced analysts to assess our customers in a fast, fair and accurate way.

Your Mission
To assess credit applications - you’ll use your experience, a variety of data sources and our tech platform to make fast, fair and accurate decisions. You’ll have autonomy in decisioning, the scope of which will increase over time as you build knowledge of our systems and processes. You will support other analysts on larger and more complex decisions, which is a key part of our workflow. Our credit decisioning is data driven. You’ll work alongside our analytics teams to optimise our approach to lending and adapt your own approach in line with that goal.
Requirements
- Knowledge of foundational finance and accounting principles, whether acquired academically or through an internship
- Strong business acumen and a working understanding of the risk and revenue drivers that influence the creditworthiness of a loan application
- Strong German language skills, ideally at native level
- The ability to interpret & analyse financial statements
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude that works well in a regularly changing and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills. You will have direct telephone contact with our customers, daily interaction within credit whilst decisioning and regular contact with other teams on cross functional initiatives
- An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving. You come up with innovative and scalable solutions to day-to-day problems and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
