Role: Account Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional to join our direct sales team to qualify and convert leads in a fast paced and fun environment. You'll benefit from an uncapped commission structure, giving you full control over your earnings. Our top performers are already exceeding £120k, with even higher earning potential available through promotion.
- Build and nurture a high quality lead pipeline by making a high volume of outbound calls and occasionally dealing with inbound queries, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
- Use Social Selling tools & techniques to maximise your success in connecting with prospects.
- Identify and qualify prospects that might have a need for business finance.
- Communicate the iwoca value proposition in a precise and compelling way to engage and convert prospects.
- Go above and beyond in your efforts to hit and exceed your KPIs; this will enable us to beat sales growth targets.
- Work as a team player and help improve the overall success of this exciting part of the business.
Requirements

- Past experience in sales, ideally within financial services.
- Comfortable making cold outbound calls, and have an outstanding call manner.
- Highly motivated and excited to exceed targets.
- Able to take on, and provide, quality feedback to power your own growth, as well as that of your teammates.
- Organised and able to manage a large pipeline of prospects, with deals at various stages of progress.
- Vast ability to simplify and explain complex products so that customers with little experience in commercial financing can easily understand.
