We are growing fast, and our credit team is expanding. We are looking for experienced analysts to assess our customers in a fast, fair, and accurate way.

The role:

  • Assess credit applications using your experience, a variety of data sources, and our tech platform.
  • Have autonomy in decision-making, which will increase over time as you build knowledge of our systems and processes.
  • Support other analysts on larger and more complex decisions.
  • Work alongside our analytics teams to optimise our approach to lending.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools.
  • Experience in commercial loan underwriting, credit sanctioning, or credit analysis within the SME sector in Germany.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of risk and revenue drivers influencing creditworthiness.
  • Strong German language skills at C2 or native level.
  • The ability to interpret and analyse financial statements.
  • Excellent communication skills in business English and German.
  • An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
