iwoca Ltd. is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager for Credit Compass in hybrid London.

You’ll own cross-sell across products, identify the best-fit offers for each customer, and work with engineering, marketing and design to optimize the journey from recommendation to funding.

You’ll test new products, analyze results, and drive improvements to grow the value per visit while focusing on helping SMEs access faster financing.
