iwoca is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager for Credit Compass in London, with hybrid working (two days in the office per week).

You will own cross-sell for Credit Compass, determine which products to offer, and test new experiences to increase conversions and funding for SMEs across iwoca’s portfolio.

In this hands-on role you’ll identify value, test offers, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and design to improve customer journeys and outcomes.
