The Team
The Brand team sits within the wider Direct Acquisition team, which also includes sales and marketing. The Brand team is relatively new and is tasked with ensuring we show up consistently, with authority and credibility. It’s also responsible for creating demand at the top of the funnel, as well as empowering marketing, sales, and the wider business.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced website designer to own and steward the visual identity of our customer‑facing website. This includes ensuring it looks great, showcases our brand, supports our conversion strategy, and reflects our position as one of the UK’s leading fintechs. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Senior Website Owner and teams across the business to bring our brand to life online. This role also involves hands‑on implementation, so while direct Webflow experience isn’t required, we expect a strong candidate to have a good experience of front‑end development principles and to be comfortable bringing systematic designs to life in the platform.
