The Performance Marketing team sits within the Direct Acquisition team, alongside sales and brand. We support top-of-funnel growth of our core lending business across offline and online channels from Mail to Search and Social.
We’re looking to hire a junior marketer to manage our Paid Social creative process and work with the Senior Paid Social Manager to scale the channel across multiple platforms. The role supports growth and expands our winning creative strategy. You’ll help run campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, manage a pipeline of new creative with in-house and agency resources, and help identify opportunities to drive customer growth via paid media.
The role is expected to break down into two main areas:
- Owning paid social creative pipeline
- Work with the Senior Paid Social Manager to define the overall creative strategy in the channel, translate customer insights into clear creative direction.
- Own the pipeline of new creative with in-house designers and external agency resources, with support from the Senior Paid Social Manager.
- Collaborate with contacts at Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok to monitor creative fatigue and inform launch strategy.
- Coordinate with the Brand & Design function to align creative with evolving brand strategy.
- Track competitors across digital channels to ensure the creative strategy is informed by wider industry benchmarks.
- Campaign management and optimisation
- Build and manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Monitor and optimise performance across platforms, assets and landing pages.
- Report channel performance weekly/monthly to the wider team.
- Own dashboards in Looker and use channel data for efficient test monitoring.
- Explore new opportunities to enhance performance marketing beyond the current channel.
Requirements
Essential
- A love of storytelling and a passion for social content, and the ability to translate ideas into reality.
- A creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas to drive new customer acquisition.

The salary
We expect to pay from £30,000 - £40,000 for this role. Please include your salary goals with your application. We benchmark salaries against market rates and conduct quarterly performance and salary reviews.
