Join our growing team and lead the future of UV lining on a high-profile utilities contract.

Industrial Water Jetting Holdings is seeking an experienced and driven Hybrid Lining Manager to head up a small but growing UV lining division on our Severn Trent WINS contract. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both operational and client-facing environments, with a passion for delivering high-quality work and developing a dedicated team. This role will begin with running a single lining team out of Derby, with an isolated bank of work on our Proactive WINS contract.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading a small UV lining team on-site to deliver contract work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Office-based responsibilities including stock control, ordering, job planning and client liaison
• Overseeing stock takes and managing equipment and materials effectively
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term planning
• Playing a key role in the growth and development of our lining capability within the Severn Trent WINS contract
• Managing one team initially, with the vision to expand as the contract needs grow.
• Supporting project delivery while maintaining quality, health and safety, and productivity standards

What we\’re looking for:

• Experience in UV lining or a related drainage, civils, or utilities environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike
• Organised and proactive with strong planning and logistical ability
• A flexible approach – this role requires hands-on involvement on-site as well as time in the office
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project demands
• Full UK driving licence
