IWJS Holdings Ltd is looking for a proactive and organised SHEQW Administrator to join our SHEQW team. Reporting to the Head of SHEQW, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support across Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Wellbeing activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update H&S documentation and records
- Support safety training coordination and reporting
- Assist with accident, incident and near-miss reporting
- Support internal and external audit preparation
- Maintain safety equipment and environmental records
- Assist with environmental KPIs and incident reporting
- Coordinate wellbeing activities and support the Mental Health First Aid programme
- Support procurement and contractor onboarding for SHEQW compliance
- Assist with monthly SHEQW reporting
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role (Preferred but not essential).
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ideally experience in a SHEQ/H&S or compliance environment desirable
