Senior Global PPC Manager Job Purpose Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of global PPC campaigns across 121 countries in 44 languages. This role aims to drive traffic, improve ROI, and will play a pivotal role in achieving our digital marketing objectives. The PPC Manager will collaborate with global internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Global PPC strategies to meet business objectives, driving traffic and conversions in over 121 countries and 44 different languages. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection for global pay-per-click campaigns. Create compelling ad copy and continuously test ad creatives to maximize CTR and conversion rates across diverse markets. Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement. Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates. Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep campaigns current and effective. Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend and high ROI across various regions. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, goal tracking, and actionable insights. Work closely with our agency and internal team to coordinate and streamline PPC activities. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 5 plus years’ experience as a Senior PPC Manager or similar role in digital marketing, preferably with a global scope. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using PPC and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing PPC campaigns in multiple languages and markets is highly desirable. Certification in Google Ads is a plus. A confident decision maker. Proven experience of successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment. Prioritises well and consistently delivers against tight deadlines. Team player with high level of professional integrity. Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude to problem solving.
