The IWG Group is looking for a talented experienced procurement professional to become our Regional Centre Costs Manager, UK, reporting directly to the Regional Operations VP, Asia with dotted line to the Director, Group Centre Costs.

Job Purpose

  • Execute tendering, negotiation, and contracting in the region to deliver measurable savings and compliant spend aligned to global specifications and category strategies.
  • Drive regional deployment and value capture aligned to global category strategies, ensuring strong supplier performance and delivery of contracted benefits.
  • Manage regional suppliers to deliver contracted cost, service, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run tendering and negotiation end to end in the region, aligned to global specifications, category strategy, and commercial guardrails set by global category managers.
  • Build and own regional business cases, including baseline logic, savings run rate, implementation plan, and delivery milestones.
  • Execute contracting and rollout locally, driving operational adoption and compliance across centres and resolving implementation blockers.
  • Manage regional suppliers, including performance reviews, issue management, and corrective actions to deliver contracted outcomes.
  • Own regional tracking, risks, and escalations, ensuring benefits are delivered and variances are corrected quickly.
  • All other duties as requested by the line manager.

  • Percent of spend in approved specification.
  • Cost reduction versus baseline for key specifications.
  • Global savings delivered versus target and year on year savings sustainment.
  • Percent of spend routed through preferred suppliers.
  • Strategic supplier performance against scorecard targets.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Key qualifications

  • Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline, ideally within a greenfield environment and with a multicultural setup.

Technical skills or knowledge

  • Strong tendering and negotiation capability with proven delivery of measurable savings.
  • Strong contracting and supplier management skills, including service level definition and performance governance.
  • Practical change and stakeholder management to drive adoption and compliance in operations.
  • Solid benefits realisation discipline, including baseline, run rate tracking, and leakage management.

Leadership skills

  • A proven thinker-doer, equally comfortable writing strategy and driving outcomes with urgency.
  • A confident decision maker.
  • Proven experience of successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Prioritises well consistently delivers against tight deadlines.
