Across our multiple brands, including Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature, we provide world‐beating workplace solutions to over 80% of Fortune 500 companies, including Netflix, EY, Amazon and Uber, as well as to local small start‐ups, entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.Key Responsibilities Google search on buildings in prime areas in assigned cities/provincesIdentify qualified building type/condition/minimum size to meet IWG criteriaConduct outbound calls to reach out to key contact person / decision makers of potential landlord/building owners and introduce the IWG propositionBuild rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads (express the interest to explore more / willing to invest) then to pass the next process to the partnership directorHandle basic objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitudeFollow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM systemCollaborate with the partnership director to develop and implement lead acquisition strategiesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targetsStay updated on IWG proposition and industry trends to tailor pitches effectivelyReport on the cold calling progress and outcomes to the Partnership Sales ManagerRequirements And Skills Strong skills in Google and other channel researchProven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
