This is a hands-on onsite role at one of our premium client offices in London. Working closely with the onsite team, you will help create a professional, welcoming, and well-run workplace for employees, visitors, and suppliers. The role has a strong focus on reception, administration, meeting room coordination, and day-to-day workplace support. You will help coordinate events and other teams onsite, such as maintenance, catering, or cleaning, as well as working with other external suppliers, to keep everything running smoothly. While this is not a management role, it does need someone confident, organised, and comfortable engaging with people of all levels of seniority across the site.

  • Our shift patterns rotate weekly: 0700h-1600h, and 0900-1800h, with flexibility in the team.

What you will do:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of a premium workplace across multiple office spaces.
  • Work closely with the Workplace Manager to maintain high standards across facilities, employee experience, and workplace operations.
  • Act as a confident point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of workplace issues, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and professionally.

What you should bring:

  • Experience in reception and admin & office support, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Confident and professional communication.
  • Comfortable engaging with employees, visitors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail across bookings, room setup, and workplace standards.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to workplace support.
  • Comfortable working as part of an onsite team while managing your own tasks.
  • Good IT skills across workplace systems, booking tools, email, and standard office software.
