Hunters client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well–established property business, taking responsibility for the operational management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.
- Facilities Manager – The Role
- Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and debt recovery.
- Procuring and managing planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and health & safety across the portfolio.
- Carrying out regular property inspections and monitoring maintenance programmes.
- Managing contractor procurement, performance, and KPI delivery.
- Maintaining accurate property records, inspection schedules, and reporting.
- Reviewing lease obligations and assisting with landlord and tenant repairing responsibilities.

- Experience managing service charge budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facilities management.
- Good understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities and lease interpretation.
