IWFM is seeking an experienced Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee Centro Buildings, Exmouth House, Ink Rooms and Clerkenwell Workshops in Clerkenwell, London. You will lead a multi-site FM team to keep buildings compliant, efficient, and visually appealing for clients.
You will manage building services, safety, energy initiatives, and budgets while delivering excellent customer service and supporting our carbon net-zero goals, all on schedule and within budget.
