IWFM is seeking a Senior Facilities/Property Manager for a part-time, 2 days per week role spread across Welwyn, Bedford, Luton, Oxford and Bristol. The position is hybrid with home working and site visits as required, with all travel expenses covered.
You will lead a small team of site-based Facilities Managers, coordinate hard and soft FM contracts, ensure H&S and building compliance, oversee leases and tenant liaison, and drive property projects across the portfolio.
