Job Overview
- Role: Senior Facilities Manager / Lead Facilities Manager
- Location: London, EC1V
- Salary: to GBP70,000 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Engineering background preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Operations: Support the Development Manager in overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activity. Ensure a premier living environment for residents while upholding pristine estate presentation.
- Contractor Management: Lead and manage third–party contractors, including Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) suppliers, ensuring proper performance and safe working practices.
- Compliance & Health and Safety: Oversee statutory compliance records through internal software. Conduct routine testing on emergency lighting, fire alarms, smoke vents, and emergency lift lines.
- Day–to–day Management: Conduct frequent site and communal area inspections, manage stock control, facilitate utility meter readings, and monitor CCTV operations.
- Financial & Admin Support: Assist the Development Manager with budget coordination, contract reviews, lease compliance, and waste management systems.
