IWFM is seeking a Senior Technical Services / Senior Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day and project delivery of M&E and building fabric services at a flagship London site (>700,000 sq ft), a mixed-use complex containing Commercial Office space, with an engineering manager reporting to you.
You will oversee building services, fabric and Health & Safety, managing operations, performance of service partners, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
