IWFM is seeking a Building Manager/Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a flagship 450,000 sq ft site in Greater London. You will lead a small on-site team and work with the General Manager and Engineering Manager to deliver a first-class tenant experience.
The role requires hands-on management of service partners, budget oversight for service charges, and on-site health and safety duties with IOSH/NEBOSH knowledge.
