An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Facilities Manager to join one of the UK's leading property managing agents. Responsible for a diverse portfolio of high-end residential developments across London, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each property is managed to the highest standards. Working closely with clients, residents, contractors and on-site teams, you'll oversee all aspects of facilities management, compliance and service delivery while building strong, long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential developments across London.
- Ensure all buildings are safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and reactive maintenance.
- Manage site budgets, monitor expenditure and approve invoices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed management reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including fire safety, health & safety, water hygiene, lifts and other building systems.
- Manage contractor performance through regular reviews and service level agreements.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, leaseholders, residents and Resident Management Companies.
- Attend client, AGM and resident meetings where required.
- Support the mobilisation of new developments and ongoing improvement projects.
- Investigate and resolve building-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained across all compliance and property management systems.
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong understanding of residential property management. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing residential or mixed-use properties.
- A solid understanding of facilities management and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing contractors, service partners and maintenance programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with wider operational teams.
- IOSH qualification or equivalent (desirable).
- Membership of IWFM or a recognised property or facilities professional body (desirable).
