Facilities Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a well–established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and operational efficiency of its facilities in Theale.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all building services, infrastructure, contractor management, health & safety compliance, and facilities–related projects. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering a safe, efficient, and high–performing working environment while supporting future business growth.

Essential
- Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Estates Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles, building maintenance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk management.
- Experience managing facilities budgets and controlling costs.
